Skills
· 9-15 years experience in Construction Industry.

· Conversant with contract variations and claim preparation.
· Thorough understanding of contracts, estimating, scheduling, cost control, purchasing, project engineering and safety are necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· ORACLE experience using UNIX Servers in a large organization. Application design and development experience using ORACLE tools would be desirable.
· Exposure to Unix & ORACLE e-business suite is a must.

· Extensive maintaining, performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
