The candidate should be of a civil / architectural background with at least 10 years experience in the field of planning & cost control.

He should be proficient in various planning software (Primavera, Suretrack, Expedition,..etc) and preference is given to candidates with previous experience with ERP Systems. Cost Control using 3D & 5D techniques are also preffered.

English language mastering is a must.

The candidate should be of a civil / architectural background with at least (5) years experience in Planning, Cost Control and Contracts field.

He should be acquainted with relevant software packages and be fluent in English language.

The required candidate should have an extensive experience of not less than 10 years in multinational projects. Should be capable of managing a group of engineers working in all aspects including, but not limited to, Time Planning, Cost Control, Invoicing, Contracts and Design works.

He must demonstrate his ability to utilize relevant software of the aforementioned tasks and should be fluent in spoken and written English Lanaguage.

A Construction Manager is required to join one of our large projects in Cairo. The candidate should be capable of demonstrating hands on experience at all high end finishing works. He should have minimum 15 years experience in complex projects and should be oriented towards maintaining work flow according to detailed Time Schedules. Computer Knowledge is a must.

The required candidate should have extensive experience in formulating, administering and closing both subcontractors and employers contracts. Should be familiar with working under the FIDIC environment, and possess at least 10 years experience in similar positions.
